Customer access may include reports, watchlists, billing, alerts, and workspace features depending on plan and provisioning status.

Monthly fees are non-refundable because HVAC Signals performs real data processing, enrichment, report generation, and workflow support work during each billing cycle.

Public web signals and generated reports are intended to support sourcing and prioritization, not replace legal, financial, or operational diligence.

Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs and using independent judgment before making acquisition or outreach decisions.
